Responsibilities: Outlined the product strategy to redesign and migrate major Lodging Technology components from a managed data center environment to multiple, global AWS Regions while serving more than 2M visitors every day. Defined Dev Ops tools and best practices through collaboration with multiple software development and operations teams. Using these tools, I evangelized a culture of continuous delivery guiding a team of more than 100 engineers from weekly releases to multiple per day. Managed the implementation of page performance features and enhancements reducing page load times by 50%.

Responsibilities: Responsible for driving the vision and strategy for Expedia's inbound search traffic (SEO/SEM) and landing experiences supporting more than 100M landing pages serving 60% of Expedia, inc. daily visitors. Through collaboration with various stakeholders, I used test and learn best practices to guide features from concept to launch focusing on the continued evolution and success of the product. Success was measured in unique visitors, click-through rates, and other engagement metrics.
